Welcome to BUBAPRO.COM ("the Website"), owned by B. Alma Import and Marketing Ltd. ("the Company"). Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the Website. Use of the Website constitutes full acceptance of the terms detailed below.

1. General

1.1 The Website serves as a platform for purchasing products in the field of professional nail care and gel polish.

1.2 Use of the Website is subject to full acceptance and agreement to the terms and conditions.

1.3 The Company reserves the right to change or update the terms and conditions at any time.

2. Payment Methods and Security

2.1 The Website allows payment using credit cards from all major companies (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Isracard, etc.).

2.2 The payment process on the Website is secured according to the strictest standards in accordance with PCI DSS, ensuring maximum protection of payment details.

2.3 The Company does not store credit card details after the transaction is completed.

3. Shipping and Delivery Policy

3.1 Delivery times are up to 7 business days from the date of payment approval on the Website.

3.2 Shipping costs are clearly detailed on the cart page during the purchase process.

3.3 In case of non-receipt or loss of shipment:

3.3.1 The customer must notify the Company about the shipping delay via email at office@b-alma.global within 7 business days of the estimated delivery date.

3.3.2 The Company will check with the shipping provider and inform the customer about the shipment status within 5 business days from the date of inquiry.

3.3.3 If it is determined that the shipment has been lost, the Company will send a new product at no additional charge or fully refund the customer, according to their preference.

4. Order Cancellations and Returns

4.1 A transaction can be canceled up to 14 days from receiving the product, provided that the product is in its original packaging, unopened, and unused.

4.2 Cancellation requests must be made only via email to office@b-alma.global or by phone: __________ (number to be provided later).

4.3 Financial refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of return approval and receipt of the product at the Company's offices, minus cancellation fees of up to 5% of the transaction value or 100 NIS – whichever is lower, in accordance with the law.

4.4 In case of returning a defective product or one sent in error by the Company:

4.4.1 The customer must update the Company via email with documentation (clear photo) of the defect or error within 7 days of receiving the product.

4.4.2 The Company will provide the customer with an alternative product at no additional cost, or a full refund, according to their preference.

4.4.3 No refund or credit will be given for products that have been opened or used, unless the product was defective upon arrival.

5. User Behavior on the Website The user agrees not to perform the following actions:

5.1 Using the Website for illegal or immoral purposes.

5.2 Attempting to defraud, impersonate, or provide false information.

5.3 Damaging the technological infrastructure of the Website, including the use of malicious or automated software (bots).

5.4 Violating the Company's copyright or intellectual property, such as copying, distributing, or publishing content without explicit written permission from the Company.

5.5 The Company reserves the right to block access to the Website immediately and take legal action in case of violation of these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 The Company is not responsible for direct, indirect, consequential, or special damage resulting from the use of the Website or its products, except for express legal obligation.

6.2 The Company is not responsible for any damage resulting from improper use of products, including allergic reactions or medical damage. The user must verify personal compatibility before use.

6.3 The Company's liability is limited to product replacement or financial refund according to the terms mentioned above only.

7. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

7.1 In case of dispute or disagreement between the parties, the parties will first work toward resolution through direct communication in good faith.

7.2 In case of disagreement, the parties agree to first resort to an agreed professional mediation process. Only if mediation fails will the parties be entitled to pursue legal proceedings.

7.3 This terms and conditions document is governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent court in Tel Aviv-Jaffa.
